34 gold shops in the province have filed with Fujian Baoxie to recycle or replace old gold ornaments, and Fujian Baoxie has officially sent letters to 34 police stations under the administrative jurisdiction of gold shops. This means that the old gold recovery system, which has been brewing for three years, has begun to take shape in our province and is the first in the national jewelry industry. In order to prevent stolen goods from being sold, citizens must show their ID cards, purchase invoices and other information when selling gold jewelry to regular jewelry stores in the future.

Up to now, 34 gold shops in the province have received the Registration Form for Recycling or Replacement of Old Gold Ornaments in Fujian Province. In terms of regional distribution, Fuzhou has the largest number of gold shops, with a total of 16, including Lincheng, Friendship, Yanqing, Li Shenglong, Schwade, Jufu, Datang, Tonghui, Wu Liting Fuhui, Dayang Fuhui, Guocaihong Fuhui, Jinma, Gan Yuan, and jewelry stores such as Minhou Zhu Yi, Minhou Xianghe and Pingtan Gold Store.

In the future, when people go to these jewelry stores to replace or realize gold jewelry, they should verify and register, ask for commodity invoices, register the identity information of the seller, and sell the brand, model, weight and image information of the goods. However, these jewelry stores will not be restricted by brands to recycle or replace old gold.

Secretary-General Wang of Fujian Gemstone Association said that after the implementation of the filing system, possible illegal and criminal acts in gold recovery can be cracked down. Even if it is not found on the spot, it is well documented after the public security organs intervene.
