At the national level. The Oriental Creative Star Design Competition was founded by the Center for International Economic and Technical Cooperation. It is a national level and belongs to the second-level unit directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, but each school sets its own level. The Oriental Creative Star Design Competition was approved by the International Economic and Technical Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in April 20 19, and held as a guiding unit. It has been successfully held for two sessions.
