① Prosthesis types, such as saline-filled prostheses, have a much lower incidence of capsular contracture than silicone prostheses, and rough prostheses are significantly lower than smooth prostheses.
② The position of prosthesis implantation. Due to the abundant blood supply around the prosthesis implanted under the pectoralis major, and the constant squeezing and friction of the prosthesis by the pectoralis major, the incidence of capsular contracture is greatly reduced.
③ Postoperative hematoma and infection not only increase the probability of capsular contracture, but also greatly advance the occurrence time.
