It is recommended not to wait for the prosthesis to rupture before removing it. The safety period of prosthesis in vivo is 8- 10 years. It is suggested that the prosthesis should be removed as soon as possible within the safety period. Autologous fat breast enhancement can be performed immediately after the prosthesis is taken out, and both can be performed at the same time.
