Operating room items should strictly follow the cleaning and disinfection procedures for surgical disinfection. The items in the operating room are fixedly placed and labeled uniformly, and a dedicated person is responsible for adding and keeping them. In principle, items in the operating room cannot be borrowed. If they need to be borrowed, they must be signed by the corresponding personnel and registered.

Article 25 Operating Department ( The following principles should be followed when using surgical instruments, utensils and items (room):

(1) Medical instruments, utensils and items used in surgery must meet sterilization standards.

(2) Anesthesia instruments, utensils and items that come into contact with the patient’s skin and mucous membranes should be disinfected once used by each person.

(3) Disposable medical devices and appliances shall comply with relevant national regulations and shall not be reused.

Article 26 The working area of ??the operating department (room) should be cleaned and disinfected every 24 hours. After the operation is completed, the operating room must be cleaned and disinfected in time before it can be used again. When performing consecutive surgeries in the operating room, the working area of ??the operating room and the facilities, instruments and equipment, object surfaces, operating table tops, lights, floors, etc. that come into contact with patients and their blood and body fluids must be cleaned.
