1. 10-meter × 4 round-trip running
Venue equipment: several 10-meter-long straight runways, at both ends of the runway (S1 and S2) Draw a line 30 cm outside each side (Figure 1). There are 3 wooden blocks (5 cm x 10 cm) in each lane, 2 of which are placed on the horizontal line outside the S2 line, one on the horizontal line outside the S1 line, and several stopwatches.
Test method: The subject starts running in a standing position. After hearing the command, he starts from outside the S1 line. When he reaches the front of the S2 line, he picks up a wooden block with one hand and runs back. When reaching the S1 line, exchange wooden blocks, then run back to S2 to exchange for another wooden block. Finally, hold the wooden block and rush out of the S1 line, and record the time to complete the race. The record is in seconds, and is rounded to one decimal place. If the second decimal place is not "0", it is rounded up by 1.
Note: When the subject picks up and places the wooden block, his or her feet should not cross the S1 and S2 lines.

2. Men's 1000-meter run, women's 800-meter run
Venue equipment: 400-meter track and field track. The ground is flat, the geology is not limited, and there are several stopwatches, which should be calibrated before use.
Test method: The subjects will be tested in groups, with no less than 2 people in each group, starting from a standing position. Start running when you hear the password or whistle. When the test subject reaches the end point, the clock is stopped, and the end point recorder is responsible for registering each person's score. The registered score is in minutes and seconds, without decimals.
3. Standing Long Jump
Venue equipment: a small piece of flat ground and a measuring tape.
Test method: Draw a horizontal line. After the subject stands on the horizontal line, the toes must not cross the horizontal line. When taking off, both feet must leave the ground at the same time. After landing, the feet must not be moved. When measuring long jump distance, take the vertical distance between the end of the heel and the horizontal line as the standard.
4. Pull-ups
Venue equipment: high horizontal bar or high horizontal bar, the bar is as thick as the hand can hold it.
Test method: The subject jumps up and holds the bar with both hands, with both hands shoulder-width apart and hanging with straight arms. After stopping, pull up with both arms at the same time (no additional movement of the body), and pull up until the squat exceeds the upper edge of the bar to complete one rep. Record the number of pull-ups.
5. Sit-ups
Venue equipment: several mats, spread flat.
Action rules: The subject lies supine on the mat, with the knees bent and slightly apart, the big and small feet at right angles, the two fingers interlaced behind the head, and another person presses the subject's two ankle joints. When sitting up, complete one rep with your elbows touching or exceeding your knees. When lying on your back, your shoulder blades must touch the pad.
Test method: During the test, two people work in groups, with one person timing and one person counting (the group over 25 years old will not be timed, but the pause in the middle shall not exceed 5 seconds, otherwise the test will be invalid). If the time comes after one minute or the last one, although the subject has stood up, but his elbows do not touch the knees, this time will not be counted. If a subject violates any rules found, point them out promptly. Illegal actions are not counted. Do not use elbow supports or hip thrust-up and drop power-ups. During the measurement process, the number should be reported to the subject.
