Qin Sihe195/KLOC-0 was born in Wulian County, Shandong Province in April, and/KLOC-0 graduated from Weifang Medical College, Shandong Province in April, 1973. He is currently the director of Beijing Physical Disability Correction Center, the director and chief physician of orthopedics of Beijing Chuiyangliu Hospital (Beijing Minimally Invasive Hospital). He has been engaged in orthopedic surgery for 28 years and presided over more than 20,000 orthopedic operations. There are many innovations and certain contributions in the field of lower limb deformity correction, limb deformity repair and functional reconstruction, forming a unique orthopedic surgery style. A "technical system for surgical treatment of lower limb deformity and disability" (expert technical appraisal conclusion) suitable for China's national conditions and patients' needs has been initially established. He is the first China orthopedic scholar to study in Russia for three times. He introduced the biological theory of Iriza and minimally invasive traction technology, and actively carried out clinical application, research and promotion.

He is also a director of the World Chinese Orthopedic Society, a member of the Minimally Invasive Osteology Group and the Foot and Ankle Surgery Group of the Orthopedic Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, a director of the Rehabilitation Association of the Disabled in China, a deputy director of the Physical Disability Professional Committee, the chairman of the Iriza Society for Research and Application, the deputy editor of the China Orthopedic Journal, the editorial board of the Chinese Orthopedic Journal, the invited peer reviewer of the Chinese Journal of Surgery, the editorial board of Medicine and Philosophy, and the deputy director of the Beijing Institute of External Fixation Technology. He was hired as a visiting professor and honorary professor by Taishan Medical College, Shandong Weifang Medical College and the First Clinical College of Fujian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

He has successively won the honorary titles of national advanced health worker, national May 1st Labor Medal, national advanced individual for the rehabilitation of the disabled, and young and middle-aged scientific and technological expert with outstanding national contributions. 199 1 enjoys the special government allowance of the State Council. Since 1982, more than 40 papers have been published, 4 monographs have been edited and more than 0 monographs have been edited.
