1. Wuchang Shouyi College: One of the first independent colleges in China, it was established in August 2000 with the approval of the Ministry of Education and was jointly established by Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Wuhan Junwei Cultural Communication Group. The school was originally named Huazhong University of Science and Technology Junwei College. It was renamed Huazhong University of Science and Technology Wuchang Branch in March of the following year, and changed to its current name in May 2015.

2. Wenhua College: Wenhua College is an ordinary full-time undergraduate school of applied technology approved by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Education. It is organized by Wuhan Midland Real Estate Co., Ltd. In May 2003, Huazhong University of Science and Technology cooperated with Wuhan Midland Real Estate Co., Ltd. to organize Huazhong University of Science and Technology Wenhua College; on May 16, 2014, it was renamed Wenhua College and converted from an independent college to a private undergraduate school.

3. University of Sanya: University of Sanya, located in Sanya City, Hainan Province, is a private undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education. In April 2005, Hainan University Sanya College was officially established. In March 2012, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Hainan University Sanya College was transferred and renamed Sanya College.

4. Shandong Yingcai University: Shandong Yingcai University is located in Jinan City, Shandong Province. It is a private undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education and was selected into the Hundred Schools Project.

5. Shandong Union College: Shandong Union College is located in Jinan City, Shandong Province, China. It is a general undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education and is a construction unit of Shandong's fiscally supported undergraduate "Characteristic Schools".
