1. Step 1: Start Visio.

? 20 16 drawing software, open the option of new map and floor plan, click the floor plan icon to create a new floor plan, as shown in the figure below, and then enter the next step.

2. Secondly, after completing the above steps, insert any graphic, click the right mouse button, and then click the "Page-1" label below, as shown in the figure below, and then proceed to the next step.

3. Then, after completing the above steps, select the graphic scale of the page in the page setup, select the predefined scale radio box, then select the required scale, as shown in the figure below, and then enter the next step.

4. Finally, after completing the above steps, click the application on the right to see the effect of changing the graphic scaling.
