1. Incision on the inner edge of nostril and W-shaped incision on the nose and lip angle of nasal columella. After drawing tangent lines along both nostrils, local anesthesia was performed.

2. Draw a small mouth on the nostril according to the tangent drawn before.

3. Make a small incision along the marking line, and then make subcutaneous separation from the incision along the bone to the root of the nose. Remove the extra soft tissue at the tip of the nose and a part of the extra alar cartilage, and sew the alar cartilage on both sides closer to the center.

4. Implant properly trimmed solid silica gel or other prosthesis under the nasal dorsum.

5. After deciding the shape of the nasal tip to be shaped, consider what materials to use, such as autologous cartilage and artificial prosthesis.

6. Plastic the removed autologous cartilage or artificial prosthesis into the required shape and fix it on the nose tip.

7. Suture the autologous cartilage or prosthesis inserted into the tip of the nose with the patient's nose.

8. Carefully observe whether the overall nose shape of nasal tip plastic surgery is natural and whether nasal tip plastic surgery is completed.
