Dingxi People’s Hospital was founded in October 1950. Its predecessor was the Medical Clinic of the Dingxi District Administrative Commissioner’s Office. It has now developed into the city’s only three-level comprehensive hospital that integrates medical care, teaching, scientific research, and first aid. Sex Hospital is a teaching hospital of Lanzhou University Clinical School of Medicine, Affiliated Hospital of Gansu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Dingxi Branch Center of Gansu Provincial Emergency Medical Rescue Center.
