Rinse your mouth with water or tea after meals, brush your teeth after meals, and use an orthodontic toothbrush, gently and slowly for 3-5 minutes each time. Don't eat bones, hard-shell foods and big foods, don't eat sticky foods, don't chew or tear with your teeth directly, eat less snacks and reduce the number of snacks and sweets.
