TR90 material is not easy to adjust. If it is a fake resin frame containing acetate fiber, it can be adjusted. However, before adjusting the temples, optical shops generally need to use heaters (like hot air from a hair dryer) to soften the materials of the temples and then set them. Some framework adjustments need the help of professional tools, and cannot be done by hand. Overheating can also lead to material damage and irreversible damage. TR90 is best heated at a good constant temperature and low temperature to prevent burning.
TP90, same as above analysis.
