first step
Processing materials into beads with bench drill and bead knife requires double-sided processing to make a bead. This method adopts plate processing, and plate is also the guarantee for processing fine beads. The mass production in the factory is processed by lathe. If there is no bench drill, we can cut it into small squares or columns suitable for making beads with a hand saw. The specialty is to use a wire saw, which can save wood to the greatest extent. After cutting with a hand saw, we use an angle grinder or a wood grinder to trim the outline.
Second step
Put the beads on a table grinder, use a direct grinder with a glass hole to round the beads, and use the principle of double-axis bead grinding to grind them to the required specifications. Pay attention to the specifications of the hole opener, some with internal diameter and some with external diameter. Our bead planning is consistent with the inner diameter. In this process, high-grade beads are processed by water mill.
Third step
