Mercedes-Benz's own DMS is a management system developed by itself, and the procedures used in different markets are slightly different. The system used in China was first developed in Taiwan Province Province in 1990s, and was gradually applied to the dealer management of Mercedes-Benz after the establishment of Mercedes-Benz China. Through DMS, all dealers are under the control of Mercedes-Benz China. Mercedes-Benz DMS plan is divided into dealer account, distributor account and factory account, in which the dealer account is used by 4S stores. The dealer is used by Mercedes-Benz China, and the factory account number is used by Daimler-Benz Germany. Generally speaking, factories manage dealers, and dealers manage dealers' sales, after-sales, accessories and financial details. Distributor DMS is networked with distributor DMS. In other words, everything is reported to Mercedes-Benz China, so Mercedes-Benz China uses DMS to manage dealers, who want to falsify sales performance or repair cars or buy and sell informal channels.
