The fallen leaves, the cool breeze and the cold I feel remind me again that it is getting cold, and I have ushered in the thirty-sixth autumn of my life.

Born in rural Anyang, Henan Province, I knew the significance of autumn to the whole family when I was a child. At that time, adults at home drove tractors to the fields all day and broke corn. As a girl at home, I studied very well and was busy doing my homework during that time. My parents are reluctant to let me work in the fields, so I boil water every day after school, learn to cook, and try my best to bear the burden at home.

At that time, studying during the day and cooking at night, I never thought that I would settle in Beijing 30 years later, hold a son and a daughter, and become a partner of Beijing Ting Yun Law Firm. Enter and stand, the family is happy, and the career has achieved little. I know this is fate's care for me, an ordinary rural girl, and it is also the result of my persistent study and progress in "Don't forget you and me" for many years.

In the eyes of many people in my hometown, I seem to be successful. I always refuse to be labeled by others. What is success? What is the standard? With what measure? I don't know. Just like looking up at the starry sky, the star is always there, as if it is within reach, but I know its true distance from me. It is because of the distance that I tell myself to be sober. Always look back at the road you have traveled, look back at those important coordinates, remember the sweat and tears, keep accumulating energy, and move on, just for those expectant eyes.

God rewards hard work, and it will eventually pay off?

The class teacher in charge of primary school has warned everyone many times that "you will get paid", which is being proved to be a reality step by step through my practice.

Learning to read is the fairest and best way in the world today. Each of us started from this road, passed through numerous forks in the road, reached different coordinates, and met ourselves today. Fortunately, I have been walking on the road I want, fighting for what I can, choosing what I can choose, fighting for what I can, and getting what I can get.

The college entrance examination, for me, is the biggest turning point in my life, just like the precious ticket of Noah's Ark, which gave me a new life and opened a new voyage in my life.

My parents are far-sighted. When many children in the village dropped out of school to work to earn money to build new houses, their parents insisted that the three of us study. I am a competitive child and never let my parents worry about my studies.

I know I am not a smart person, and I must try my best to do everything well. During my study in junior high school and senior high school, I got up the earliest and went to bed the latest every day, and lived an ascetic life of "dormitory, canteen and classroom". I still remember very clearly that when the lights were turned off in the dormitory, in order to do more questions, several girls squatted under the street lamp in the corridor to study. The teacher checked the bed and drove us back to rest before going back to the dormitory to sleep. Before dawn in the morning, get up early and read English and Chinese texts under the street lamp at the door of the classroom; After class at night, I still can't bear to leave the classroom, and I am the last one to leave the classroom every time; Even in order to save time and study more, I ate my meal in a hurry and hurried back to the classroom to continue my study.

Facts have proved that diligence can make up for it, and heaven rewards diligence. Under the fierce competition of the college entrance examination in Henan province, I managed to squeeze through the wooden bridge, was admitted to the undergraduate course, and started the road of studying law. God will never let those who work hard down. When you don't have smart talent and strong background, you can only change your destiny by your own efforts.

? Lock in the goal of postgraduate entrance examination, aim at it and achieve it?

Time came to 2008. This year, I achieved a geographical leap and went to Beijing for postgraduate study. Growing up, my journey has always been near Anyang and Zhengzhou, and Tiananmen Square in Beijing has always been my dream place. In the Olympic year, I realized my childhood dream.

When I was in college, I once again locked in the goal of going to Beijing for postgraduate study. At that time, this goal seemed hazy and distant, but I stubbornly and firmly believed that this goal could be achieved through my own efforts.

If a person has a goal in life, she is full of strength and she has passion. Yes, I stayed up all those years in the study room, in the library where I forgot to eat and sleep, in the busy figure of social activities, and on the scholarship list for passing the judicial examination. Finally, I was admitted to the Economic Law major of Central University for Nationalities and started my postgraduate career.

Time is like this. At first, it was sour and bitter. After time of precipitation and fermentation, sweet wine will moisten our hearts bit by bit. I always remember the mellow and heavy taste.

? Take a long-term view and make a brave choice?

People have to move forward, and the road ahead is bumpy; People should be decadent, and there are hotbeds everywhere. After graduating from graduate school, it is time for me to choose bumpy or hotbed. I didn't let myself down. I choose to stay in Beijing and try to settle down. It is very difficult for a girl who rushed into Beijing alone to make such a choice.

When I graduated from graduate school, I submitted many resumes. At that time, I felt that I had experienced the desolation of life and felt lost and helpless. When many students' jobs have been settled, I am still rushing about for work. Just at this time, Beijing has a new policy, recruiting social workers in the streets, and they can settle down after two years of work, but the salary is very low, and they are engaged in the heaviest work at the grassroots level in the community. Many graduate students disdain to go to the grassroots, but I firmly grasped this opportunity and successfully entered the street social worker.

Many years later, I heard from others that problems that can be solved with money are not problems; But my experience tells me that the problem that can be solved by hard work is not a problem. Only by solving the hukou, will I feel that I really belong to this city, feel psychologically practical, and strut forward with more confidence.

When working in the community, I deal with ordinary people every day and deal with many ordinary people's family chores. You have to work overtime on holidays or major meetings. On New Year's Eve, May 1 ST and 11 th, while everyone is enjoying their holiday life happily, community workers are on duty overtime. The hard work of social workers is more vividly reflected in this epidemic, sticking to the front line of anti-epidemic and solving the most direct difficulties of ordinary people. I use my professional expertise to give publicity lectures on the rule of law in the community, answer legal advice for residents and solve problems for community residents. Soon I was promoted to be the stationmaster and deputy director of the community, and was interviewed by People's Daily. Then I was awarded the title of Excellent party member in Dongcheng District.

? Have a dream and resolutely transform.

? Chasing the dream of a lifelong lawyer?

The hardships of the community have sharpened my mind and wisdom, and also given me the courage to accept greater challenges. In 20 14, I chose to leave the system and join the legal profession I love and become a lawyer. It is still difficult to make a decision to leave the system. At that time, I had been seconded to the Propaganda Department of the District Committee and had the opportunity to stay further. After discussing with my family and teachers, I resolutely turned around. The world is so big, there are poems ahead and distant places. Why not take a look while you are young? ?

It is happy for people in the workplace to be busy with their hobbies and devote themselves to their love. When I resolutely transformed into a lawyer, I told myself to pursue my dreams, to be practical and to be proficient in my major. Being a lawyer means facing up to the suffering of the world more directly and pursuing justice defended by law in the nuances of society. I have defended the interests of migrant workers countless times, and I have also helped many sisters who are deeply involved in painful marriages and won more rights for them. With the wider scope of practice and more and more successful cases, more lawyers are willing to cooperate with me, and more clients are willing to recommend their friends to me with confidence.

Law will be my career all my life. It comes from interest, responsibility, love and loyalty. Law "teacher", "teacher, preach and teach to solve doubts". I have always believed that being a lawyer should have a sense of responsibility, feelings and be worthy of the title of "teacher". In order to spread legal knowledge and help more people, I often go to the community to popularize the law, go to enterprises to talk about risk prevention, and go to military camps to solve the legal doubts of officers and men. Later, the official WeChat account "Law of Law" was opened, and the video number was Tik Tok's "Lawyer of Law", hoping to bring enlightenment and warmth to everyone with meager legal fluorescence.

After years of industry practice, I began to explore my more focused areas. At present, most of our energy is devoted to complex civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, inheritance of marriage and family property, companies and real estate. In the past six years, I have handled hundreds of cases of marriage, family and inheritance, provided legal services for thousands of people in marriage and wealth inheritance, and provided legal services such as perennial legal counsel and litigation agent for many banks and companies. With serious attitude and excellent professional quality, he has been recognized and praised by customers for many times, and won the titles of "Excellent Lawyer in Shijingshan District of Beijing" and "Excellent Public Interest Lawyer", and has been a special guest in the column "Police Law Online" of Beijing News Broadcasting for a long time.

This year, I was invited to become a partner of Beijing Ting Yun Law Firm, which opened a new chapter in my career.
