What do you fear most?

In life, everyone has his own things or things to fear, so what do I fear most? Next, I will elaborate on what I fear most from the aspects of physical health, interpersonal relationship, mental health and future planning.

1. Good health

In my opinion, the most terrible thing is losing health. While keeping myself healthy, I often pay attention to other people's health. For example, when I hear the news that people are sick and infected, I am always afraid that I will be infected. At the same time, I am very afraid to go to the hospital, because seeing a doctor will make me feel very scared.

2. Interpersonal relationship

What I fear most in interpersonal communication is being misunderstood. Sometimes, what I say or do may be misunderstood by others, and even if I want to explain, I can't make others fully understand me. This feeling makes me very scared, and it also makes me pay more attention to my words and deeds, leaving no handle on others.

at the same time, I am particularly afraid of being betrayed. Despicable betrayal makes me feel very scared, so I trust my intuition and experience and don't trust others easily.

3. Mental health

Physical and mental health is very important, but without mental health, it is meaningless to be healthy again. What I fear most is psychological pressure. Everyone has their own sources of stress, but if the stress cannot be relieved, it will lead to anxiety and uneasiness. I think it is very important to maintain mental health, so I often relax myself by traveling and reading.

4. Future planning

The future is unknown to each of us. In this uncertain environment, what I am most afraid of is that there is no future planning. If there is no plan, just like a person without a goal, he can't do things efficiently and easily get lost. Therefore, I will regularly review my future plans and goals and keep myself in shape.

In short, no one can be completely free from fear, but we should try our best to overcome them. Through continuous hard study and practice, we will find that the things we are afraid of become less terrible. Keeping healthy, good interpersonal relationships, stable mentality and clear future plans are the key to overcoming our fears.
