In order to implement the requirements of national and provincial documents, actively publicize the significance and content of family doctor contract services, spread the concept of promoting health management through contract services, increase the enthusiasm of residents to sign contracts, and create a good social atmosphere for promoting family doctor contract services, Dong'a The Community Health Service Center of the County Tongcheng Subdistrict Office carried out family doctor contract service promotion and contract signing activities at the Lingshan Community Health Service Station on May 20. Community health service stations and village clinics within the jurisdiction also carried out activities at the same time.

The initial results achieved through this activity:

1. Improved the awareness rate of basic public health. At the same time as signing the contract, the family doctor was once again informed of the contracted service content, basic public health content, and basic drug content, which raised residents' awareness and understanding of the new form.

2. The doctor-patient relationship is more harmonious and a healthy image is established. Through repeated publicity and a contract signing method that combines centralized and household visits, the connection and communication between doctors and patients have been deepened, the sense of belonging of contracted residents has been enhanced, and the doctor-patient relationship has become closer and closer to the masses, making the doctor-patient relationship more harmonious.

3. Enhance the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of the family doctor service team. Through the service model and service concept of family doctor contract service, the family doctor service team understands that contract signing is not a formality, but a responsibility, and their enthusiasm and sense of responsibility continue to increase.

4. Promote the construction of grassroots health service network. Through contracted services, rural doctors’ sense of responsibility, service concept, service awareness, and team awareness have been enhanced, and residents have gained more trust in them.

5. Gain recognition from residents. Through the signing method that combines centralized and household registration, they learned about the country's policies to benefit the people and won unanimous praise from the residents. Chapter 2

On the morning of May 19, the "Choose Us, Choose the Future - Family Doctors Work with You to Build the '2030 Health Dream'" theme event was hosted by Huamu Community Health Service Center in Pudong New Area. Held at Magnolia North Square, doctors from Renji Hospital, Dongfang Hospital and anti-drug social workers from Zhongzhi Society also participated. The service items mainly include resident health consultation, family doctor contracting, blood pressure measurement, rapid blood sugar measurement, etc. Huamu anti-drug social workers took this opportunity to carry out the "anti-drug publicity in the square" activity on site.

Social workers carry out anti-drug propaganda through banner displays, on-site consultations, display boards and distribution of promotional materials. While residents were waiting in line, social workers approached the residents to explain face-to-face knowledge about drugs and the serious harm they cause to individuals, families and society, and publicized relevant legal knowledge such as the "Anti-Drug Law" and "Shanghai Anti-Drug Regulations". In response to the spread of new drugs in the past two years, social workers introduced in detail the differences between new drugs and traditional drugs and effective prevention measures, etc., to enhance community residents' ability and awareness to recognize, resist and prohibit drugs, so as to stay away from drugs and cherish life.

The anti-drug publicity activity in the square had a lively atmosphere, community residents participated enthusiastically, and achieved good publicity effects, which is of positive significance to the realization of a drug-free community. ***10 display boards, 2 banners, 1 blackboard were displayed, 85 people were consulted on site, and more than 200 promotional materials were distributed. On May 19, 2017, the Yongchuan District Health and Family Planning Commission of Chongqing organized Yongchuan District Nanjie Street Community Health Service Center and other medical units to carry out "World Family Doctor Day" in Nanjie Street Nanfang Garden Community. "I have an appointment with my family doctor" theme activity. Dozens of medical staff are on-site to provide residents with services such as signing family doctors, customizing health services, establishing health records, referral services, health education and health promotion, vaccination, health management of key diseases, and health management of the elderly. Seeing a doctor is convenient and comfortable.

At the same time, medical staff also signed up family doctors for more than 200 people on site. After the family doctor contract service agreement comes into effect, the family doctor will provide basic medical services to the contracted residents. The contracted residents can make an appointment in advance for the family doctor outpatient service. The family doctor will provide the contracted residents with consultation and treatment services for common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases, and make appointments for inspections of large instruments and equipment. According to Referral services required by the condition; free basic public health services, major public health services and family planning technical services stipulated by the state that provide basic public health services; family doctors use telephone calls, lectures, and health distribution services Educational brochures, the establishment of WeChat groups for contracted residents, and other means provide convenient health consultation and interactive services to contracted residents.

The activity aims to give full play to the role of the primary health service network, promote the transformation of primary medical and health services into health management, gradually build a new order of scientific and reasonable medical treatment, and enhance the people's sense of access to basic health services.
