Blister packaging: plastic products are produced by blister technology and packaged by corresponding equipment. Blister packaging products mainly include: blister, tray, blister box, synonymous with: vacuum cover, blister and so on. Plastic packaging equipment mainly includes: plastic molding machine, punching machine, sealing machine, high-frequency machine and folding machine.
Bubble shell: transparent plastic hard sheet is made into transparent plastic with specific convex shape by plastic suction process, which covers the surface of the product and plays the role of protecting and beautifying the product. Also known as plastic suction and vacuum hood.
Tray: also known as plastic inner support, plastic hard sheet is made into plastic with specific grooves through plastic suction process, and the products are placed in the grooves to protect and beautify the products.
Flocking inner support: it is a plastic tray made of special materials. A layer of velvet material is pasted on the surface of ordinary plastic hard sheet to make the surface of the tray feel velvet, which is used to improve the packaging grade.
Anti-static tray: it is a plastic tray made of special material, and the surface resistance of the material is less than 1 1 ohm. Mainly used for plastic tray of electronic and IT products.
Plastic suction mold: the mold used in plastic production, the lowest cost is gypsum mold, followed by electroplating copper mold, and the most expensive is aluminum mold. The die is drilled with small holes for vacuum adsorption of heated hard plates to form plastic products.
Plastic suction molding: We often say that plastic suction is to use a plastic suction molding machine to absorb the heated and softened plastic hard sheet on the surface of the mold, and then cool it to form a concave-convex plastic.
Plastic suction cutting: plastic products after plastic suction molding are cut into individual products by punching machine with a knife die.
Folding: there is a kind of blister packaging called card packaging, which needs to be folded back on three sides with a folding machine, so that the paper card can be inserted into the hem in the next packaging process to form the card packaging.
Heat-sealing: It is a blister packaging process. A paper card coated with blister oil and a blister shell are heat-sealed together by a sealing machine to form blister packaging.
High-frequency sealing: it is a blister packaging process. Using high frequency machine to generate high frequency, the bubble shells are bonded together to form double-layer bubble shell packaging.
Ultrasonic sealing: it is a blister packaging process, which uses an ultrasonic machine to generate ultrasonic waves to bond the bubble shells together to form a double-layer bubble shell packaging. Different from high-frequency sealing, ultrasonic can not only seal PVC and PETG materials, but also seal PET materials, which has no electromagnetic damage to the packaged products and is especially suitable for the packaging of electronic products. The disadvantage is that ultrasonic edge sealing can only be point-spaced, generally only one straight edge can be sealed at a time.
