3. Clinicians with full-time doctoral students or full-time senior titles in clinical medicine, no more than 50 years old.

1. Clinicians with intermediate professional titles, standardized training certificate for specialists, bachelor degree or above, have worked in clinical posts in hospitals above "Grade II A" for nearly 5 years, and are under 40 years old, who are familiar with the relevant knowledge of this discipline and specialty, can handle difficult and critical diseases skillfully, and have strong technical operation ability for this specialty.

3. Clinicians with professional qualifications for doctors and standardized training certificates for residents, full-time undergraduate degree or above, no more than 35 years old, and have engaged in relevant professional and technical work.

Four. working procedure

(1) Organization and leadership

Under the leadership of the hospital's leading group for talent introduction, the human resources department will take the lead in conjunction with the Party Office, the medical department and the nursing department will cooperate, and the hospital office and the supervision office will participate.

Clinicians with intermediate titles, bachelor degree or above, who have worked in clinical posts in hospitals above "Grade II A" for nearly 5 years, are under 40 years of age, are familiar with the relevant knowledge of this discipline and specialty, can skillfully handle common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases in this profession, and have strong technical operation ability. The hospital gives a talent introduction fee of10-200,000 yuan.

3. Clinicians with professional qualifications of doctors and standardized training certificates of residents, full-time undergraduate degree or above, no more than 35 years old, and have been engaged in relevant professional and technical work, and the hospital gives talent introduction fees of 30,000-50,000 yuan.

(3) Other matters

1. The talent introduction leading assessment team will assess those who pass the probation period and pay attention to the assessment of work performance. The Human Resources Department and the Finance Department will be responsible for paying the referral fee for qualified personnel who pass the probation period. After passing the examination and signing the employment contract, the introduction fee shall be paid, and the payment time shall be subject to the agreement of both parties.

2. The minimum service life of imported high-level talents and talents with special needs is 5 years. Those who have been transferred, resigned or dismissed under the minimum service life shall be compensated for liquidated damages at twice the referral fee, and those who have participated in the national recruitment examination and obtained foreign units shall be refunded the referral fee according to the service life.

Disciplinary requirements of intransitive verbs

1.
