2. Surface treatment of joints before gluing?

Blow clean the joint surface treated at the base with an air compressor with an air pressure of 8- 10. Before sealing, the two side walls of the expansion joint should be coated with glue and polished with a grinder, and cleaned properly. The dust, oil stain, loose concrete residue and other sundries in the joint should be cleaned up, and the coated base surface must be kept dry. For the unsealed areas on both sides of the seam surface, tape paper should be pasted before gluing, and the pre-pasted tape paper should be removed after gluing and shaping. ?

3. On-site inspection of sealant?

After the sealant material comes into play, it must be sampled and used only after it is qualified. ?

4. Preparation process of sealant?

Polysulfide sealant consists of component A and component B, and the dosage ratio of component A and component B is generally 10: 1. The dosage of curing agent (black) can be adjusted according to the change of outdoor temperature to ensure that the operation time of gluing meets the actual use requirements. When the temperature is higher than 30℃, the dosage of curing agent can be appropriately reduced to 12: 1. When the temperature is lower than 10℃, the dosage of curing agent can be increased to 8: 1, and a small sample test can be done before use.

5. Rubber mixing process?

Method 1: Take out component A and component B in proportion and put them on the plastic mixing board. Stir repeatedly in one direction with a scraper until the color is the same (generally stir 4kg glue at a time). ?

Method 2: Pour A and B into the piston barrel of the gun loader provided by the manufacturer in proportion, then insert the stepless electric stirrer into the piston barrel, first turn on the low-speed switch, stir from bottom to top for 3 minutes, then turn on the medium-speed switch, and stir the rubber for 5-8 minutes until the color is uniform. (Pay attention to mix the barrel wall and bottom evenly. )?

6. Gun loading process?

(1) Put the rubber pressure plate and push rod with rubber outlet hole in the gun loader provided by the manufacturer into the mixed rubber surface in the piston barrel. ?

(2) Take the front and rear nuts of the glue gun, aim the gun barrel mouth at the glue outlet in the middle of the glue pressing plate, push the gun barrel and the thrust rod, and press down hard. At this point, the glue is put into the barrel, and the air in the tube is discharged along the tail of the barrel until the tank is full. It is forbidden to mix bubbles in the colloid.

(3) Install the front and rear nuts filled with the barrel. When installing the front nut, install the nozzle corresponding to the width of the glue joint at the same time, so as to inject glue after completing the glue filling process.

7. Glue coating process?

First, brush a layer of primer evenly on both sides of the expansion joint with a brush. After 20-30 minutes, apply 3-5mm sealant to the glued surface with a scraper or hand, and repeatedly squeeze it to make the sealant and the glued interface better infiltrated. Then use a glue injection gun to inject glue into the expansion joint. In the process of glue injection, it is necessary to ensure that all the glue is compacted and the gluing depth is ensured. ?

8. Colloidal connection process during gluing?

Adhesive bonding in sealant construction can be divided into dry bonding and wet bonding. ?

Method 1: The interval between two gluing operations should not exceed 8 hours, and wet connection is generally adopted. Wet connection has no special requirements for glue joint and can be used for continuous gluing. ?

Method 2: The construction time of twice gluing may exceed 8 hours, and the dry connection method should be adopted. Treatment method of dry connection colloid joint: (1) After the last gluing, an inclined rough surface should be left. (2) When applying glue again, first apply a layer of glue on the inclined plane of the original glue joint by hand or scraper, and then carry out this glue application.
