Meat, bones, bacon and cheese bread?
All the raw materials of the dough are kneaded according to the standard kneading procedure to the swelling stage, and the dough can support the film, then it is rounded, fermented to twice the size at one time, taken out and divided into 8 equal parts, each of which is about 73g. After sorting, round, let stand for 15 minutes, and then start setting.
Let me explain here that you can find your own recipe for making this kind of bread dough, just the recipe of your own favorite bread flavor, and then shape it according to this. The recipes here are for reference only. Any recipe for sweet and salty bread can be calculated by weight.
After standing, divide the dough, take out one, sprinkle some high flour on the surface, roll it long and wide with a rolling pin, turn it over and put a little mozzarella cheese in the middle.
Fold it down at the top 1/3 and pinch it.
Fold it up at the bottom 1/3, pinch it tightly and roll it into an olive strip.
Cut the upper and lower ends with a knife about 2cm long, stick a little flour by hand to prevent sticking, and then cut out four pieces of dough slightly longer.
Fold the dough at both ends of the incision inward into a bone shape.
Wrap bacon in the middle of the dough, not too tight. The key to bone modeling is that bacon will shrink after baking, so don't roll it tightly at first, just wrap it loosely in the middle of the dough
The second batch is about 1h until the fermentation is good, and it can be baked in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Pay attention to cover the tin foil after coloring. 200 degrees is aimed at this recipe. If you use other ordinary dough, it is suggested that it is 180 degrees for about 20min minutes, otherwise the color will be very deep.
