Principle of pneumatic file
Pneumatic file is used for trimming, chamfering and deburring in die casting, stamping and other hardware industries. Small in size and light in weight, it can complete the general die casting, filing and sawing of stamping parts, as well as the groove trimming and filing of various aluminum and copper materials.

Pneumatic tools mainly use compressed air to drive a pneumatic motor and output kinetic energy to work. According to their basic working methods, they can be divided into: 1) rotary type (eccentric vane type). 2) Reciprocating (positive displacement piston). Generally, pneumatic tools are mainly composed of power output part, operation form conversion part, intake and exhaust pipeline part, operation start-stop control part, tool shell and other main parts. Of course, pneumatic tools must also have an energy supply part and an operation part.
