How to burn a video to a CD?
1. Install Nero first. Nero is a powerful recording software, which supports multiple recording formats and perfect recording functions. You can easily and happily edit high-resolution formats, transcode videos in different formats, and record them as ordinary video files that can be played through VCD/DVD devices.

2. Click the Start menu, select the Nero 7 Ultra Edition menu, and then select the Nero StartSmart command:

3. In the window that opens, we select the item "Make your own DVD video":

4. Select "Make CD ..." in the opened "Nero Vision[" window, and then select "Video CD" in the pop-up menu:

5. In the pop-up window, select the "Add Video File …" button in the upper right corner to pop up the Add File window:

6. In the "Open" window that pops up, select the required video file, and press CTRL or SHIFT to select multiple files:

7. After selecting the required video file, click the "Open" button to add the video file to the burning list:

8. In the opened "Directory" step, you can re-adjust the video order through the button in the upper left corner;

9. You can also double-click a video file or select a video file, and then click the "Edit Movie …" button on the right to change the default picture or display format and font style of the video in the menu:

10. After adjusting the video file, click "Next" to open the final confirmation window of "Burn Options":

12. It is recommended to set "Priority" to "High". Nero records faster. After burning, the prompt "Burn Complete" will pop up, and the CD will automatically pop up. At this point, the video recording is completed.
