Method steps:
(1) Eat less foods rich in tyrosine. Because tyrosine is the basic substance of melanin. In other words, melanin is converted from tyrosine through the action of tyrosinase. If the intake of tyrosine is less, the basic substances for synthesizing melanin will be less, and the skin will become whiter. Therefore, you should eat less foods rich in tyrosine, such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc.
(2) Eat more foods rich in vitamin C. Chemical experiments have proven that the series of reactions involved in the formation of melanin are mostly oxidation reactions, but when vitamin C is added, the formation of melanin can be blocked. Therefore, eat more foods rich in vitamin C, such as wild dates, fresh dates, tomatoes, prickly pears, citrus, fresh green leafy vegetables, etc.
(3) Pay attention to the intake of foods rich in vitamin E. Modern scientific research has proven that vitamin E is an antioxidant in the human body, especially an antioxidant for fats. It can inhibit the peroxidation of unsaturated fatty acids and other unstable compounds. Lipofuscin in the human body is the peroxide of unsaturated fatty acids. Vitamin E has the effect of inhibiting their peroxidation, thereby effectively resisting the deposition of lipofuscin on the skin and keeping the skin white. Vitamin E also has anti-aging effects. Foods rich in vitamin E include cabbage, cauliflower, sesame oil, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, etc.;
(4) Massage method: Massage the scar with the root of your palm, three times a day, 5 times each time -10 minutes. This method is most effective for wounds that have just shed scab, but is less effective for old scars.
(5) Ginger slice rubbing method: Gently rub the scar after slicing the ginger, which can inhibit the continued growth of granulation tissue.
(6) Vitamin E application method: Vitamin E can penetrate into the skin and exert its emollient effect. At the same time, vitamin E can also maintain skin elasticity. But you may not be familiar with the scar-removing effect of vitamin E. Prick the vitamin E capsule with a needle, apply the liquid on the scar and gently massage it for 5-10 minutes, twice a day. If you persist, you will have better results.
(7) Vitamin C application method: Vitamin C has whitening effect. Apply vitamin C to darker scars to whiten the scars and make them consistent with the surrounding healthy skin tone.
Left on the skin or in internal organs as new connective tissue replaces injured tissue.
Once a scar occurs, it will not disappear. Several scar treatment methods are currently commonly used: non-invasive suturing of scar excision; soft tissue expanders to expand normal skin and repair scars; intra-scar drug injection; scar dermabrasion; external drug spraying and coating, etc., which can improve the appearance and alleviate scar hyperplasia. But one thing is for sure, no current treatment method can completely eliminate scars. Three years ago, American scholars studied scar antibodies for immunotherapy of scars and threatened to win the Nobel Prize. However, after three years, this immunotherapy has not yet been applied in clinical practice, that is, it has not achieved the expected results. It can be seen that scar treatment is still a long journey.
