There is yellow water in the incision after rhinoplasty.
Two months after rhinoplasty, it became red, swollen and yellow. Now the prosthesis is exposed, but the hospital insists that the operation is successful. This is a refusal phenomenon caused by individual differences, refusing compensation. On the morning of 165438+ 10/2, Haikou Ali (pseudonym) complained to reporters.

Ms Amy's rhinoplasty was exposed in March.

Ali told reporters that she spent 1000 yuan on rhinoplasty in a private hospital in Haikou on March 9 this year. I didn't expect to feel very uncomfortable after only two months.

"At first, my nose was red and swollen, and some yellow liquid flowed out from time to time." Ali said that after the hospital examination, she was given an injection and medicine at the doctor's suggestion and observed for some time. "But after two months, the situation became more serious. Except for the red and yellow water, the surgical incision was actually broken. The prosthesis implanted at the beginning was also exposed. Now I feel that I am going to be broken at any time. " Under Ali's instructions, the reporter saw that Ali's nose was red and swollen badly, and a white plastic substance was exposed in her left nostril.

She asked the hospital to help her take out the prosthesis free of charge and refund all the medical expenses of the operation. The hospital told Ali that she could take out the prosthesis for free, do some treatment and then implant it again. Ali said that she only hopes to end this "nightmare" as soon as possible and never dare to do any plastic surgery again.

The hospital said that the refusal had nothing to do with the quality of the operation.

According to the person in charge of the hospital, the problems after Ali's operation are rejection caused by individual differences and have nothing to do with the quality of the operation. The hospital promised to take Ali out for free and has already made concessions. There is no basis for patients to ask for a refund. The person in charge showed the consent form of medical plastic surgery signed by Ali and the hospital before operation, indicating that the possible individual differences have nothing to do with the operation itself.

The person in charge of the hospital also brought the medical device registration certificate and medical device manufacturing approval form provided by the rhinoplasty prosthesis manufacturer.

Ali did not agree with this. She said that if you want to find the relevant departments to identify, you must seek justice for the harm you have suffered.

The lawyer reminded me to read the agreement carefully before operation.

Lawyers believe that it is irresponsible and shirking responsibility for the hospital to say that all responsibilities are borne by consumers. The medical terms such as capsules and contracture in the signed agreement have damaged patients' right to know. Patients are advised to complain to relevant departments.
