The outdoor signs mentioned in these Provisions include the unit name signs and plaques set outdoors. 6.2 The setting of outdoor advertisements shall conform to the requirements of urban planning, adapt to the functions and image of the city, and have reasonable layout and standardized setting. 6.3 Outdoor advertisements and signboards should be clean and in good condition, with standardized characters and no incomplete fonts. Those equipped with lighting facilities should be used normally.
Outdoor advertising, signs, such as defaced, incomplete, or the lights are not bright and the display is incomplete, should be cleaned up and maintained in time.
The production of outdoor advertisements and signs advocates the use of high-quality forms. It is forbidden to set up outdoor advertisements in the form of inkjet on the first-class highway, and it is restricted to set up outdoor advertisements in the form of inkjet on the second-class highway. 6.4 No outdoor advertisements or signs crossing the street shall be set on the road, no outdoor advertisements or signs occupying the road shall be set at road intersections (within 50 meters of motor vehicle parking lines), no movable outdoor advertisements or signs shall be set on roads and green spaces, and no outdoor advertisements, signs and promotional materials shall be set by using trees and other plants. 6.5 Requirements for Outdoor Advertising 6.5. 1 Outdoor commercial advertisements are prohibited in the following areas, buildings and facilities:
(a) the state organs, cultural relics protection units and the building control zone of the core scenic spot of Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area;
(two) city square, Xiangjiang scenic belt, Xiaoxiang scenic belt, parks, school teaching areas, residential areas, residential buildings;
(3) traffic safety facilities, traffic signs, viaducts, overpasses, footbridges, urban landmark buildings (structures), lamp posts, poles, transformer distribution boxes, etc. ;
(4) Special facilities for the disabled. 6.5.2 Outdoor advertising facilities shall not be idle for more than 30 days, and temporary installation or removal of public service advertisements shall not exceed 30 days. 6.5.3 No cross-street banners, banners on external walls of buildings, banners on fences for motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles and other cloth advertisements shall be set up in urban areas. 6.5.4 Setting of ancillary buildings (structures)
The shape, scale, color and pattern of outdoor advertisements on buildings (structures) shall be in harmony with the surrounding environment and shall not affect the original style and outline of buildings (structures). 6.5.4. 1 Top Settings
(a) the height of the building is less than12m (including12m), and outdoor advertisements are not allowed on the top of the building.
(two) building height 12 meters to 24 meters (including 24 meters) of the building (structure) at the top of the outdoor advertising height shall not exceed 6 meters;
(three) the top of the building (structure) with a building height of more than 24 meters shall not be equipped with outdoor advertisements;
(4) The width of outdoor advertising signs shall not exceed the walls on both sides of buildings (structures), and the signs shall not highlight the external walls of buildings (structures) in the horizontal direction. 6.5.4.2 wall background
Outdoor advertisements can be set up on the external walls of important commercial areas such as Huangxing South Road and buildings (structures) with reserved advertising positions, and outdoor advertisements are prohibited on the external walls of other buildings (structures).
Outdoor advertising screen set parallel to the wall, the height shall not exceed the top line of the attached wall, the width shall not be greater than the walls on both sides, and the outer end shall not exceed 0.5m from the wall; It should not be placed on the wall between windows between floors of a building.
If the outdoor advertising screen is set perpendicular to the wall, it should be made of new materials. The clearance height from the bottom to the ground should not be less than 4.5m, and the distance from the outer end to the wall should not exceed1.5m.. 6.5.4.3 window should be cleaned frequently to keep it bright and beautiful, and the display effect is good.
The items displayed in the window should be kept clean, intact and elegant. 6.5.5. 1 outdoor advertisements suspended in road space in other forms shall have a height from the bottom to the ground not less than 4.5 meters above the roadway and 2.8 meters above the sidewalk. The layout area of outdoor advertisements set between the roadway and the sidewalk shall not be greater than 4 square meters, and the width shall not exceed 0.6 meters when the picture is perpendicular to the road direction; When the picture is parallel to the road direction, the vertical width shall not exceed1.5m ... 6.5.5.2 In any of the following circumstances, billboards with an area of more than 4 square meters may be set up on the roadside, but the height shall not be more than 6 meters:
(a) the use of billboards to cover and beautify the construction site for more than half a year during the construction period, as well as buildings (structures) that are old, tattered or destroyed outside and difficult to maintain or dismantle within three months;
(two) after setting, it will not cause visual obstruction to buildings (structures) and landscapes at close range. It is forbidden to set up large outdoor column advertisements within the Second Ring Road of 6.5.5.3. Outside the Second Ring Road, large-scale column outdoor advertisements set in open areas shall not exceed 7 meters in height and 20 meters in width, and the linear distance between their setting points and nearby bridges, roads and buildings shall not be less than the overall height of the advertisements. If temporary outdoor advertisements and promotional materials are set up in 6.5.5.4 during the exhibition, they should be set in the vicinity of the venue and the concentration of delegates, and the outdoor advertisements and promotional materials should be cleared up the next day after the exhibition. 6.5.6 Body advertisement The body advertisement on the automobile shall not be placed on the window glass, front and rear parts and top of the vehicle. Human advertisements shall not appear in the form of cloth.
It is forbidden to set up any form of body advertisement in taxis.
6.5.7 Post it.
The posting column should be set in a place that is easy to browse and does not affect the appearance of the city. Information and announcements that need to be posted and published should be posted in the posting bar. Columns should be cleaned regularly. 6.6 Requirements for the setting of outdoor signboards 6.6. 1 The contents of outdoor signboards are company name, trade name and signboards, and their setting should be coordinated with the buildings and surrounding landscape.
In principle, one store, one card and one unit are equipped with outdoor signs. If the same unit faces multiple roads, a signboard can be set at the entrance of the unit facing each road. 6.6.2 If there are multiple units in the same building, the property manager shall standardize outdoor signs in accordance with the principle of one card on the first floor and unified setting, and prohibit a single unit from setting outdoor signs independently on the wall and roof of the building. 6.6.3 Outdoor signs on the facade should be uniformly set at the lintel position, and the sign size should be coordinated with buildings and adjacent signs. The height of the signboard shall not exceed 1.5m, and the width shall depend on the width of the facade, but shall not exceed the walls on both sides of the building. 6.6.4 It is forbidden to set up signboards on the window glass of buildings (structures). 6.6.5 Advertising contents such as telephone number, business scope, service items, commodity names, pictures, etc. published on outdoor signboards shall be governed by the Regulations on Appearance Management of Outdoor Advertising.
