2. The side beam frame is a solid rigid frame formed by riveting or welding two longitudinal beams and several cross beams on both sides;
3. The cross beam of the side beam frame is not only used to ensure the torsional rigidity of the frame and bear the longitudinal load, but also used to support the key parts of the car. Generally, there are about 5 ~ 8 beams on the truck, which are respectively arranged at the front and rear fulcrums where the radiator, engine, cab, middle bracket of transmission shaft, spare tire rack and leaf spring are installed.
