Demoulding process
The demoulding process of various ingots cast by turning is different. (2) The upper small steel ingot and the lower large steel ingot (including killed steel, semi-killed steel and boiling steel ingot), the whole barrel of steel is poured and left standing for 30 ~ 40 mim. Then the pouring truck is moved to the special line to continue to stand and coagulate, and then it is sent to the demoulding room to demould according to the pouring order. The ingot mould is put on a special flat car and sent to the cooling line (or the cooling platform between the whole moulds) for cooling. The heavy-duty pouring truck is sent to the soaking room of the blooming mill, and the ingot is removed from the bottom plate, loaded by the ingot loading crane, and the pouring truck returns to the whole mold room. In order to reduce the heat dissipation during the transportation of the ingot after demoulding, some steel mills take the ingot off the bottom plate in the demoulding workshop and put it in the heat preservation car to increase the charging temperature of the ingot.
