In order to solve the problem of low survival rate of autologous fat transplantation, plastic surgery has found a new method. Part of the extracted fat is used to separate stem cells, digested and purified by collagenase, and then mixed with other fats. When fat is filled, treated adipose stem cells are added to increase the concentration of stem cells in adipose tissue and transplant them to the site to be filled. In this way, the survival rate of autologous fat cells with stem cells can reach about 70%, and only two transplants are needed in one place to achieve the ideal effect once and for all.
