How to change passport photos after plastic surgery

If your appearance changes significantly after plastic surgery, you can use the photos after plastic surgery to annotate your passport photos. The relevant regulations are:

Article 9 Ordinary passport holders who have any of the following circumstances may apply to the exit and entry administration agency of the public security bureau of the local people’s government at or above the county level where their household registration is located for a change and annotation, and submit Ordinary passport and photocopy, as well as supporting documents that require changes and additional notes:

(1) Those with previous names, names in traditional Chinese characters, names in foreign languages, or names in non-standard Chinese pinyin;

< p>(2) Appearance has changed significantly and recent photos need to be annotated;

(3) Other circumstances recognized by the Exit-Entry Administration of the Ministry of Public Security.
