How to make Luoshenhua jam toast?
Materials?

300 grams of golden bread flour

Milk100g

50g whipped cream

Eggs 1 (shelled 37g)

22g Rauvolfia sauce (dough)

3.5g of high-sugar tolerant yeast

How to make Luoshenhua jam toast?

Knead all the ingredients except butter in the bread machine until the dough is smooth, then add butter and knead until it is fully expanded. I use Panasonic SD-PM 105 bread maker, select menu 10 bread dough, knead 15 minutes, press the cancel button, add butter, reselect menu 10 bread dough, knead 15 minutes, take it out and put it in.

The dough is fermented until you poke a hole with your finger and it doesn't collapse or shrink. Take out the dough, exhaust it, divide it into three equal parts, each part is about 185g, knead it into a circle, cover it with plastic wrap, and stir it for 15 minutes.
