Pruning methods of Dracaena: Dracaena has two pruning and shaping methods.
(1) cut into a "t" shape. The main stem with defoliation at the lower part is made into a "T"-shaped main stem, which is cut flat at an appropriate height of the plant, and the new branches and leaves on the top of the main stem are retained, and the lateral buds on the main stem are erased at any time, and it can be formed after a period of practice.
(2) cut short and store branches. That is to say, for plants that have fallen off their feet for many years, 2 ~ 3 lateral buds are selected at appropriate positions on the left and right sides for culture, and these buds should be of different heights. At the same time, strengthening the management of fertilizer and water will soon form a plump and patchy plant type.
