Article 11 Forensic appraisal institutions shall uniformly accept judicial appraisal entrustments from the case-handling agencies.
Article 12 If the client entrusts an appraisal, he shall provide authentic, complete and sufficient appraisal materials to the judicial appraisal agency, and shall be responsible for the authenticity and legality of the appraisal materials. The forensic identification agency shall check and record the name, type, quantity, properties, storage status, receipt time, etc. of the identification materials. If a litigant has any objection to the appraisal materials, he or she shall raise them with the client. The term "identification materials" as mentioned in these General Regulations includes biological and non-biological test materials, comparison sample materials and other identification materials related to identification matters.
Article 13 The judicial appraisal agency shall make a decision on whether to accept the application within seven working days from the date of receipt of the entrustment. For complex, difficult or special appraisal matters entrusted, the judicial appraisal institution may negotiate with the client to determine the time for acceptance.
Article 14: Judicial appraisal institutions shall review entrusted appraisal matters, appraisal materials, etc. If it falls within the scope of the agency's forensic appraisal business, the appraisal purpose is legal, and the appraisal materials provided can meet the needs of the appraisal, it shall be accepted. If the identification materials are incomplete or insufficient and cannot meet the needs of the identification, the judicial identification institution may require the client to supplement them; if the supplements can meet the needs of the identification, the application shall be accepted.
