Knowledge expansion:
First, the functional interpretation
Function formula: =SUM (numerical value 1, [numerical value 2, ...]), parameter explanation: numerical value 1 (required): 1 numerical value involved in calculation, which can be a number, a cell data or a group of cell ranges, and numerical value 2 (optional): the second one involved in calculation.
For example, =SUM( 1+2) means directly finding the sum of the numbers 1 and 2, and =SUM(A3:A 1 1) means adding the values in cells A3 to a1,= sum.
Second, use the SUM function.
1, select the cell, click the formula button in the toolbar, and select Sum; Or enter =SUM directly in the cell.
2. Enter the cell area to sum in the cell, or select the area with the mouse box.
3. Press Enter, and the sum result will be displayed in the cell.
Third, delete the summation function.
Select the cell to which the SUM function is applied, and press the Delete key to clear the function formula in the cell.
