1. Conduct a physical examination before applying for a health certificate.

(1) Bring the necessary materials, pay the physical examination fee at the toll office, receive a physical examination form, attach a photo (another one for obtaining a health certificate), and fill in your name, gender and other basic information.

(2) Blood collection and stool and anal swab testing in the laboratory.

(3) Routine physical examinations at the internal and surgical levels.

Routine physical examination includes: nutrition, development, blood pressure, height, weight;

(4) Chest X-ray.

(5) Complete all physical examination items.

2. If the physical examination results meet the conditions for issuance of a health certificate, after passing the training on health laws and regulations organized by the health supervision agency, a one-inch full-face color photo without a hat should be submitted to the health supervision office of the health bureau under its jurisdiction for processing Certificate of health. If the results of the physical examination do not meet the conditions for issuance of a health certificate, the health certificate will not be issued.
