PP-R hot water pipes are prone to thermal expansion when heated at high temperature for a long time, resulting in deformation and bursting of the pipes. Galvanized steel pipes are prone to rust, water seepage or blockage at the joints, which shortens the service life. Some inferior pipes are easy to leak and burst in high temperature environment, causing unnecessary losses to family property.
In this case, PP-R aluminum-plastic pipe came into being.
1, PP-R aluminum-plastic pipe adopts five-layer composite structure, and different hot melts are used between layers, which are compounded by high temperature and high pressure extrusion.

3. From the connection mode.
(1) The aluminum-plastic pipe is connected physically, which is simple and convenient, and has high safety and reliability unless it is improperly operated.
(2)PE and PP-R are connected by hot melting or electric melting, and the process is complicated, which is easy to produce stacking defect areas, leading to stress concentration and affecting the long-term performance of the pipeline; The local high temperature of electric fuse is easy to promote the deterioration of pipeline materials and accelerate the aging of pipelines.
4. From the perspective of long-term health performance.
(1) The aluminum layer in the middle of the aluminum-plastic pipe is isolated from oxygen, which is not easy to cause the growth of microorganisms and algae. The outer PE allows the addition of antioxidants, which will not cause water pollution in the inner layer.
(2)PE tube and PP-R tube can't block oxygen, which easily leads to the proliferation of microorganisms and algae and affects the hygiene of drinking water; And it contains a lot of antioxidants, which is easy to cause water pollution.
5. From the perspective of high temperature resistance
The long-term service temperature of (1) aluminum-plastic pipe is 95℃ and the high service temperature is 1 10℃, which can completely meet the needs of domestic water.
(2) With the increase of temperature, the performance of PE pipe rapidly decreases, which is limited to cold water transportation.
(3) The national standard of PP-R stipulates that the long-term service temperature is 70℃ and the high service temperature is 95℃, which has certain limitations in the use of hot water pipes.
6. In terms of aging resistance.
The molecular structure of (1) aluminum-plastic pipe is stable, and the inner and outer layers of pe are separated. The outer layer is allowed to add enough light-resistant and oxygen-resistant stabilizers, which will not affect the hygiene of the inner layer in contact with water.
(2) The molecular structure of PE pipe is stable, but the single-layer structure is not conducive to adding stabilizers, which easily leads to secondary pollution of water in the pipe.
