Coal gangue can be used to make bricks after sand making, and attention should be paid to the selection of equipment. The core equipment is vertical shaft impact crusher, also known as sand making machine. The size of sand-making products can be adjusted by 0.5mm, and the annual output varies from 30 to 200 tons. Equipment selection can be carried out as required.
The processing of coal gangue can be divided into three stages: coarse crushing by jaw crusher, medium crushing by impact crusher or cone crusher, and sand making and molding by sand making machine.
The first stage: coarse crushing
Large pieces of coal gangue are evenly fed by a vibrating feeder through a silo and transported to a jaw crusher for coarse crushing. Coarse crushed coal gangue is screened by vibrating screen, and transported by belt conveyor to impact crusher or cone crusher for medium-fine crushing.
Two stages: medium crushing and fine crushing.
The coal gangue transported to anti-crushing/cone crushing is subdivided and screened by circular vibrating screen, and the larger coal gangue returns to anti-crushing/cone crushing for re-crushing.
The third stage: making sand.
The crushed coal gangue is sent to a sand making machine for further crushing and molding. If clean coal gangue is needed, it can be sent to a sand washer for cleaning.
The fourth stage: packaging
The dried finished coal gangue is packaged and stored.
