Ningcheng County Hospital was founded in 195 1, which is an earlier county-level hospital in the south of Chifeng. It is responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of 620,000 people in the county and nearly 300,000 people in some surrounding provinces. The hospital's construction scale, business volume, technical level and economic indicators are among the forefront of county-level hospitals in the whole region, which really plays the role of Chifeng South Central Hospital. The hospital was successfully upgraded to a national tertiary general hospital from June 5, 2008 to February 2009. Became the first county-level tertiary hospital in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
