Write in terms of situation summary, basic practices, experience, existing problems, opinions on future work, etc. Different summaries have different emphasis on different contents. For example, experience summary focuses on writing experience; problem summary focuses on the analysis of problems.

Summary and plan are complementary to each other and should be based on personal work plan. The formulation of personal plan is always based on the summary of personal work experience. The general format of a personal work summary is the title, preface, body, and conclusion.

Attention issues:

1. Fully possess the materials before summarizing. It is best to listen to opinions from all sides and understand relevant situations through different forms, or put forward summarized ideas and intentions and discuss them with cadres and the masses from all sides. We must avoid leaders expressing opinions and looking for facts among the masses.

2. We must seek truth from facts, do not exaggerate achievements, minimize shortcomings, and do not engage in fraud. This is the basis for analysis and drawing lessons.

3. The organization should be clear. The summary is written for people to read. If it is not organized clearly, people will not be able to read it. Even if they read it, they will not know why. In this way, the purpose of the summary will not be achieved.
