2. Avoid strenuous exercise within 3 months after Ogilvy is taken out;

3. After Ogilvy takes out the implanted prosthesis, it needs to be bandaged under pressure for 15 days, and after 1 month, it needs to be massaged twice a day, each time for 10 minute, prone 1 hour, and avoid strenuous exercise for 3 months;

4. Any operation has postoperative swelling period and bruising period. Generally, it can be automatically adjusted to show the best curative effect after 3 months. If possible, come back to the hospital after 3 months;

5. Avoid spicy food after Ogilvy is taken out.
