How to make annular mould
1. Assemble the tiger, choose a plaster mold you like and light it. Be careful not to close the muzzle of the fire when igniting, so as not to burn. Pay attention to adjust the firepower adjustment button on the musket when igniting, and step on the tiger continuously. Starting from the edge of gypsum mold, a little borax can be added in the melting process to speed up the melting. After the silver material is fully melted, the raw material is quickly pressed into a gypsum mold with sludge. Let it stand for two minutes, take out the plaster mold with tweezers and put it in water to cool. Then gently tap the mold shell with a hammer to loosen the plaster and take out the ring.

2. Put the ring wrapped in plaster into an ultrasonic cleaner and wash off the lime on the surface. After cleaning, the circular steel bar is used for preliminary shaping and removal of excess materials, and the incision is leveled by repeated tapping with a small hammer for trimming. Next, file off the burr with a semi-circular file. After heating and tempering the ring, soak it in phosphoric acid (remove surface impurities) and clean it with clear water. If there is no phosphoric acid, alum can be used instead, but the effect will be worse. Then simply polish the ring with a copper brush dipped in water. Put the ring on the ring stick, add detergent and polish it with agate knife (scraping repeatedly) and then clean it with water.
