Dry baking is an original and latest baking method, that is, anhydrous baking. This method can make the molded window film conform to the radian of glass more accurately. The principle is that air is used to replace the water between the window film and the glass, and fossil powder is used to ensure that the scratch-resistant layer "SR" of the window film will not be adsorbed on the glass due to electrostatic action, so that the film can slide freely on the glass.
Dry baking has its unique advantages: it is fast, generally, wet baking takes more than ten minutes, and dry baking can be done in about 2-3 minutes; Safer, more docile, the shrinkage of the film is more uniform, the area with large curvature can be baked well, and the glass is not explosive; It is more convenient to install and paste, and bubbles often appear in wet baking of electric heating wires, which can be completely avoided in dry baking.
Film pasting method:
First of all, we should pay attention to the car film, first check whether the installation of the window glass is in good condition and pay attention to the integrity of the car glass to ensure the normal follow-up film work. In addition, the owner needs to know that before filming the car, the necessary parts of the car must be covered to prevent liquid from infiltrating. Sprayed cleaning liquid and lubricating liquid will affect decorative parts such as vehicle-mounted electronic equipment and interior seats.
1, clean the window
Before sticking the film, clean the inner and outer surfaces of the window, focusing on cleaning the inner decorative surface and the glass sealant area. This is mainly to prevent dirt or other construction quality problems between the pasted thermal insulation film and the window glass, and to ensure the perfect combination of the film and the glass.
2, appearance protection and internal protection
Drive into the workshop to protect the exterior paint of the vehicle and avoid any damage to the exterior of the vehicle during construction. Protect the steering wheel, instrument panel, inner side of door panel and sill pedal. Prevent the interior from getting wet, dirty or scratched during construction. After the front film pasting, the back film pasting process can be carried out, which is the same as the front film pasting process.
When sticking the film, the waterproof glass will not stick to water droplets after spraying water, and the water will lose quickly, so it is advisable to stick it from bottom to top. (the advantage is that there is more water at the lower end, which is beneficial to the movement of the membrane. Waterproof glass is generally stuck from top to bottom, because of the adhesion of water droplets, there is less water loss after spraying water. The advantage is that sand particles can be effectively prevented from adhering to the film.
Generally, the coating is coated by sticking up and down. Tear off a part of the upper end of the film from the top of the glass, and the protective film will scrape down slowly. At the same time, the protective film will scrape to the bottom of the glass. Insert the iron sheet into the edge of the sealant to separate it from the glass. First, insert it into the two corners of the film, and move the iron sheet to make the film stick to the bottom of the glass.

Precautions after pasting:
1. Don't lift the window for three days after pasting the car film. Don't wash the car for three days.
2. Vehicles with skylights are driving within three days, especially at high speed. Don't open the skylight.
3. After filming in winter, it is recommended not to lift the window or wash the car for a week. It takes about a month for the front and rear gears to completely dry. The front bumper should be exposed to the sun during the day. Most notably, the heater of the rear bumper can't be turned on for one month, because if the heater is turned on after film mulching in winter, bubbles will be generated near the heater, which can't be repaired, which will cause unnecessary losses and troubles.
4. If the edge of the membrane bubbles, it should be repaired at the construction site within 24 hours. If it exceeds the time, it will be dealt with. Because the glue around the bubble has dried up, the periphery of the membrane can no longer move, and creases will definitely appear during treatment.
5. It is forbidden to stick the super adhesive label directly on the film within one month after sticking the film, so as not to separate the film from the glass.
