Photography service specification part 1 (sb/t10438.1-2007) industry standard was recently announced by the Ministry of Commerce and will be officially implemented on March12008.
In recent years, with the improvement of residents' living standards, China's photography industry has made great progress. The number and employees of photography enterprises all over the country are increasing substantially, and their management methods are also constantly diversified. There are photo studios, photo agencies, photo studios, printing shops, photography studios and other formats, and the business entities are also diversified. From a single state-owned enterprise, it has developed into a variety of economic components such as state-owned, private, foreign capital and joint-stock cooperation. In order to promote the sustainable and standardized development of the industry, the Ministry of Commerce organized photography industry associations and enterprises in Shanghai, Beijing, Chongqing, Heilongjiang and Jinan to draft the standard.
The standard fully considers the present situation and technical characteristics of the photography industry and the needs of industry management, and puts forward normative requirements for the service places, facilities, sanitation, service processes and employees of photography service institutions. Its main features are as follows: First, the main contents of photography service are divided into stages such as reception at the store, image modeling, shooting, sample viewing, post-production, sample shooting, customer opinion analysis and improvement, and samples, samples and corresponding standard requirements are put forward for each stage, thus further clarifying the relationship between service providers and consumers in the process of photography service.
Secondly, according to the characteristics that the quality of photography art is judged by visual senses, the method of "taking samples, samples and samples that can represent the service ability and technical level of photography service institutions" is put forward as the reference system of quality standards, which provides an important reference for evaluating the quality of photography service and makes up for the deficiency that photography service institutions only rely on the knowledge and experience of professional judges when they encounter quality complaints.
The third is to further standardize the sources of "samples and samples". It is required that "samples and samples should be completed by internal personnel (photographers, makeup artists) who directly serve customers, and should not be obtained from outside the organization" to ensure that samples and samples can truly reflect the photographic art performance ability and technical level of photography service organizations.
The implementation of this standard is not only conducive to promoting the standardized operation and honest operation of photography service institutions, but also conducive to strengthening industry management by commercial authorities and better safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
