Soil types include cinnamon soil, brown soil and aeolian sand formed by gneiss, granite, quartz diorite and quartz diorite weathering. The soil layer is thick and the structure is loose, and the pH value is 6.5 ~ 7.0.
(3) Cultivation management:
1. Seedling raising: JD.COM chestnuts with full maturity, full seeds and no pests and diseases are collected as seeds for seedling raising. On excellent mother trees or excellent single-plant robust trees, full and stout annual branches on the periphery or upper part of the crown are collected as scions to cultivate grafted seedlings.
2. Planting: planting in spring or autumn. The maximum density per hectare shall not exceed 1665 plants. Reasonable collocation of pollinated varieties, the ratio is not less than 8: 1.
3. Fertilization: mainly applying organic fertilizer, supplemented by chemical fertilizer. Large-scale garden construction in flat land, young trees and first-bearing trees should be applied with organic fertilizer 1.5 ~ 2.3 tons per hectare, and organic fertilizer 15 tons per hectare in full fruit period. Mountain seedlings advocate pressing green manure. Topdressing before germination and expansion, nitrogen fertilizer before germination, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer during expansion, and formula fertilization is advocated.
4. Soil management: Soil and water conservation measures should be taken in mountainous areas, such as terraces or ditches, fish scale pits, etc. Soil improvement is carried out by deep ploughing and hole enlargement.
5. Shaping and pruning: the tree adopts natural pleasing shape and evacuation layered shape. Pruning in winter is combined with pruning in growth period, and pruning is carried out every year to keep the trees ventilated and transparent.
(4) Selection and storage:
1. Picking: mainly picking particles that fall naturally, and it is forbidden to pick green.
2. Cold storage: Before warehousing, each batch of goods should be strictly inspected. After passing the inspection, they should be put into storage with the certificate of conformity and palletized according to the grade and batch. During storage, the warehouse shall meet the following requirements:
(1) temperature 0℃ to 5℃;
(2) The relative humidity is about 90%;
(3) The concentration of carbon dioxide shall not exceed 3%.
Chestnuts in stock shall be inspected once every 7 days, and the inspection quantity of each batch shall not be less than 20%.
The temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide concentration in the warehouse should be monitored at fixed points every morning, noon and evening.

Third, the use of special signs.
Producers within the scope of protection of geographical indication products of chestnut in JD.COM may apply to the Hebei Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision for the use of "special signs for geographical indication products", which shall be approved by the AQSIQ.
