The differences between undergraduate nurses and specialist nurses are: different academic system, different employment choices and different job titles.

First, the academic system is different

1. Undergraduate nurses: Undergraduate nurses are enrolled in high school, usually with a four-year academic system.

2. Specialist nurses: Specialist nurses go to school with junior high school education, usually with a three-year academic system.

Second, employment choices are different

1. Undergraduate nurses: Undergraduate nurses generally choose hospital promotion, postgraduate entrance examination, school teaching, scientific research, civil servants, studying abroad, and going to medical related enterprises.

2. Specialist nurses: Generally, the employment direction of specialist nurses is hospital, postgraduate entrance examination (but few institutions are accepted) and medical related enterprises (relatively few suitable positions).

Third, the selection and evaluation of professional titles are different

1. Undergraduate nurses: Undergraduate nurses only need to be engaged in professional and technical work for one year before they can take the nurse qualification examination.

2. Specialist nurses: General specialist nurses have to be employed as nurses for three years before they can take the nurse qualification examination.
