Which major has a good employment prospect, urban planning or biomedical engineering?
The one upstairs speaks very well. Tell me my personal opinion:

Biomedical engineering is an interdisciplinary subject of biology, medicine and engineering, but in fact, in the current training plan, biology and medicine are rarely studied, and electronics are more, so many people talk extensively but unprofessionally, and their employment is not good, because employers often misunderstand this major.

Personally, I feel that with people's concern for their own health, China's medical reform will have a bright future. At present, it must be admitted that this subject has not developed in depth and the market is not perfect. However, as long as you are interested in this major, there are still many ways to go deep into graduate studies, doctoral studies and go abroad, and this is an interdisciplinary subject, which is easy to produce results.

In 2008, Southeast University ranked first in biomedical engineering in China, and Tsinghua was certainly not bad.

In a word, at present, most hospitals in China have outdated equipment, and almost all high-end medical equipment is imported, so there is a huge market and research and development needs. However, everything has a development process, and a good prospect does not mean that you are personally good. Only good individuals have no good majors, right?
