Legal basis: Article 4 of the leave system for hospital doctors is divided into the following six categories, namely:
1. Personal leave: If you have to ask for leave in person due to something, you should apply half a day in advance. Those who apply again afterwards are deemed to be absent from work. However, if there is an accident, you should issue a certificate and apply within two days, and you can make up the leave only after being verified by your immediate superior or human resources department.
2. Sick leave: Employees who take sick leave must hold a diagnosis certificate and be signed by the director of medical department for confirmation, and enjoy 60% salary during sick leave.
3. Marriage leave: employees can enjoy 3 days paid leave (7 days paid leave for those who get married late) because they need to go through the formalities of asking for leave with certificates such as marriage certificate.
4. Bereavement leave: employees can enjoy 3 days paid leave due to the death of their immediate family members.
5. Official leave: employees who take time off due to legal obligations such as testifying in court are regarded as attendance, but it is only effective after going through the leave formalities and obtaining approval.
6. Maternity leave: according to the corresponding policies and regulations of the state and local governments.
