Winding machine, manual or electric. First of all, a manual winding machine with adjustable wire mold is generally set up, and the required coil size can be obtained by adjusting the wire mold.
Offline steps:
1. The wound coils shall be embedded into the iron core slots in batches, and the laid wires shall be pressed by the wire pressing plate while they are off the assembly line, and finally punched into a sealing wedge.
2. After all coils are embedded, check whether there is a short circuit between coils or between coils and iron core.
3. Fasten the coil end;
4. Just install the motor and power supply on the machine for debugging;
5. If it works normally, remove the dipping paint and dry it;
6. Finally, use a megger for insulation.
Try to soften the motor coil before disassembly. Methods include instantaneous electrification method and fire method. Instantaneous power-on method is to directly add 220V power supply to the coil to be disassembled through temporary wiring. When the smoke becomes soft, quickly cut off the power, draw out the slot wedge while it is hot, and quickly remove the coil.
1, wiring is best welded;
2. It is best to put the whole iron core with coil in a paint bucket until there are no bubbles.
3. It is best to use a drying oven for drying. Under simple conditions, a large bulb with a size of 100W or more can be put into the stator cavity to bake the coil.
