As far as I am concerned, when a girl talks about standards and requirements such as "having a car and a house", it is really just an expression, or a good wish. Most girls are emotional. When they don't meet the right person, they will set a standard for themselves. In fact, it means the same as "making a wish", just a good wish. But if you really meet the right person, the right vision and the right feeling, it doesn't matter whether you have a house or a car.
